Job Description: HVAC Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base by presenting and selling HVAC products and services to both residential and commercial customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities:

. Prospect, identify and qualify potential leads and customers
. Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services
. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and estimates to customers
. Negotiate contracts and close sales with customers
. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
. Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and build relationships

Requirements:

. High school diploma or equivalent
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
