Customer Service Representative
Job description
Knowledge HVAC & Refrigeration Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. Note: You should need little to no supervision.
Duties:
- You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer e-mails and webchat.
- Communicate with other co-worker when necessary to resolve customer problems.
- Learn about our services to be able to answer any questions from customers.
- Schedule customer appointments with the field techs for our HVAC and Refrigeration services.
- Apply for permits for the field technicians.
- Follow up with the customers to receive their feedback and to maintain customer relationship.
- Follow up with clients regarding proposals and quotes.
- Follow up on preventative maintenance contracts.
- Follow up with clients to resolve any payment delays when necessary.
- Communicate with other co-worker when necessary to resolve customer problems in a quick manner.
Experience/Qualification:
- Driver’s license
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
- Having some sort of knowledge about HVAC or service industry.
- Speak English fluently and good at listening.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Good computer skills and typing.
Qualities:
- Provide professional experience to customers on every call.
- Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
