Customer Service Representative

Knowledge HVAC & Refrigeration Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. Note: You should need little to no supervision.

Duties:

  • You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer e-mails and webchat.
  • Communicate with other co-worker when necessary to resolve customer problems.
  • Learn about our services to be able to answer any questions from customers.
  • Schedule customer appointments with the field techs for our HVAC and Refrigeration services.
  • Apply for permits for the field technicians.
  • Follow up with the customers to receive their feedback and to maintain customer relationship.
  • Follow up with clients regarding proposals and quotes.
  • Follow up on preventative maintenance contracts.
  • Follow up with clients to resolve any payment delays when necessary.
  • Communicate with other co-worker when necessary to resolve customer problems in a quick manner.

Experience/Qualification:

  • Driver’s license
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
  • Having some sort of knowledge about HVAC or service industry.
  • Speak English fluently and good at listening.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and typing.

Qualities:

  • Provide professional experience to customers on every call.
  • Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
  • Clear criminal record
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competevive Wages.

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
